Aluminium Ingot
The modular process combines novel separation methods, including a crushing system modified to handle a far broader range of dross, allowing virtually any type of dross to be processed.
An eddy current separator then separates metals from non-metals. Its novel design incorporates a new kind of ridged belt system that separates very fine aluminium particles that would otherwise be lost.

03 — Slag conditioning · Cleaner steel
Synthetic Slag
We provide Synthetic Slag, which changes the composition of slag in order to combine it with steel in a stable manner. This helps in keeping the correct balance with steel and also assists in engrossing impurities and inclusions. The entire process produces better and cleaner standard steel.
Our Synthetic Slag also alters the basicity of scum, minimizes the melting temperature, and enhances its liquidity. By doing so, the slag eliminates sulphur from steel in the form of sulphides that move to more liquid slag. Therefore, our range can also perform as a sulfurizing medium.
The improved liquidity and basicity of slag also reduce the abrasion of unmanageable protection, thus enhancing the dipper’s life span.
